1. Scope of Engagement

Morven Media provides bespoke web engineering, technical SEO, media buying, CRO, and AI automation services defined through executed Statements of Work (SOW) and fixed-scope proposals.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom source code, design systems, visual assets, and deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client's sole ownership.
